    Kitchener, Ontario - A snow event was declared on Thursday, November 27 based on credible weather forecast information. This snow event has now been extended until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1. This helps ensure our plows and snow clearing equipment are able to effectively and efficiently clear snow from roadways across the city.  

  • City extends snow event until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2025

    Kitchener, Ontario - A snow event was declared on Thursday, November 27 based on credible weather forecast information. The most recent forecast predicts an additional 10-12 cm of snow falling in Kitchener between midnight on Saturday, November 29 and the afternoon of Sunday, November 30. Based on this information, the snow event has now been extended until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 30. This helps ensure our plows and snow clearing equipment are able to effectively and efficiently clear snow from roadways across the city.
